How do I access my Review Guards account?

Can I cancel my membership at any time or am I contracted in?

Yes. You can cancel your Review Guards membership at anytime. We ask that you please notify us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle and your cancellation will go into effect for the upcoming month.

Is there a max number of reviews I can receive?

NO! Pricing has nothing to do with the number of reviews. Our goal is to get you as many reviews as possible!

Is there a max number of contacts we can upload?

NO! Pricing has nothing to do with the number of contacts in the database. Our goal is to reach out to all your customers. There is no limit on the number of emails that can be sent to customers but there is a limit of 2k texts per month.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, if you sign up for a 6 month contract you get the 7th month free.

How long will it take to see results?

Typically within 48 hours of uploading customer you will begin to see customer reviews flowing in. The longer you work with Review Guards, the most customer reviews you can expect.

Do I really need reviews? My business is doing fine.

You may be doing fine now but ultimately, positive reviews generate more leads and more customers over time. More importantly, negative reviews can hurt your business in ways you may not even realize. Generating a healthy stream of positive reviews is an investment in your future.

Can I customize what the emails say to my customers?

Yes everything is customized to your brand and wording.

How do we get the customers into your database?

There are a few different options for importing customers that include integration with your CRM automatic upload, uploading to the dashboard through a spreadsheet or manual entry into our easy-to-use dashboard.
